Work is a national FCCLA program that recognizes FCCLA members who create
projects to strengthen leadership skills on the job. These skills contribute
to success across a broad range of career fields. Leaders at Work motivates
students to prepare for career success.
The Leaders at Work CD provides learning activities and skill exploration to help youth become Leaders at Work now and in the future. Leadership areas include:

Put yourself in charge of your future! Enhance your job skills, and gain valuable on-site work experience with FCCLA’s Leaders at Work Program. Awards: Each member may apply to be recognized as a Leaders at Work Outstanding Leader in one of the six career areas. These young people are recognized at the annual FCCLA National Leadership Meeting and earn an impressive accomplishment to add to their resumes. In addition to National Outstanding Leader recognition, students may apply for available scholarships.
Deadline: Award and scholarship applications due to FCCLA National Headquarters postmarked by March 1. National Outstanding Leader applications can be found on the Leaders at Work CD. Leaders at Work scholarship applications are available on the National FCCLA Web site in the "Awards/Scholarships" section.
