National Programs Financial Fitness ![]() Financial
Fitness is a national FCCLA's peer education program that involves youth
teaching other young people how to make, save, and spend money wisely.
The FCCLA Get Connected…CD-ROM and accompanying guides comprise a one-stop resource for four national FCCLA peer education Programs – Families First, Financial Fitness, Student Body, and FACTS. For more information on FCCLA’s Financial Fitness program and the Get Connected to Families First, Financial Fitness, Student Body, and FACTS CD-ROM, contact your local FCCLA chapter, and learn how to make, save, and spend money wisely. Awards: Family, Career and Community Leaders of America offers national recognition to chapters and members that complete FCCLA Financial Fitness projects. These awards include cash awards and special recognition at the National Leadership Meeting and in Teen Times magazine. Apply for recognition for your hard work and innovative projects with the 2006 Programs Award Application, available on the national Web site in the Awards/Scholarships section. Middle School Award - $1,000 High School Award - $1,000 Runner-Up Award - $500 2006 National FCCLA Programs Award Application Registration Form Deadline: Award applications due to FCCLA National Headquarters postmarked by March 1.
