FOOD SERVICE EVENTS REMINDERS

KNIFE NOTES: In keeping with the current school regulations and enforcement for possession of knives by students, it is imperative that advisors for all students providing their own knives for an event keep the students’ knives in their (the advisors) possession before and after the students’ events.

Students participating in the SALAD, SANDWICH, CREATIVE GARNISH AND CAKE EVENTS are to submit a Food Service Planning Sheet. This is in order that we have an accurate grocery order list. The planning sheet is part of their evaluation also.

DEADLINE FOR THE SHEETS IS March 15.

CHILD CARE EVENT REMINDER

CONTESTANTS IN STATE CHILD CARE EVENTS MUST SUBMIT A CHILD CARE SAMPLE OUTLINE FORM AT THE TIME OF EVENT -- IT IS IN THE STATE COMPETITIVE EVENTS MANUAL.
